Vic: Snow report, August 22

MELBOURNE, Aug 22 AAP - The Victorian snow report for Wednesday, August 22:

Falls Creek: Snow Depth: 135cm. Lifts: 15/16. Excellent skiing and snowboarding on
an excellent cover with 36cm of new dry snow. Cross country: Excellent skiing on an excellent
cover, 54kms of groomed trails.

Mt Hotham: Snow Depth: 141cm. Lifts: 13/13 plus four standby. Excellent skiing and
boarding on a fresh cover. Cross Country: Excellent cross country Hotham to Dinner Plain
on fresh snow. Majority of trails groomed.

Mt Buller: Snow Depth: 59cm. Lifts: 15/25 plus four standby. Very good conditions on
a fresh dry snow cover. Cross country: Very good conditions on 9km of trails.

Mt Baw Baw: Snow depth: 42cm. Lifts: 4/7. Very good on a very good cover of fresh snow
on areas operating. Cross country: Excellent on groomed resort trails. Good on Nat Park
trails, ungroomed.

Lake Mountain: Snow depth: 60cm. Cross country: Excellent skiing on an excellent fresh,
groomed cover, upper and lower trails.

Mt Buffalo: Snow depth: 33cm. Lifts: 3/5. Excellent skiing and boarding on a fresh
cover from Novice/Gully Pomas and Valley Chair. Cross Country: Good to very good on groomed
trails.

Dinner Plain: Snow depth: 34cm. Lifts: 1/1. Lift open for excellent downhill skiing.

Cross Country: Excellent on groomed trails.

Mt Stirling: Snow depth: 10cm. Cross country: Excellent on a very good cover on upper
trails and lower trails.

Mt St Gwinear: Snow depth: 28cm. Cross country: Good on a good firm packed cover on
the main trail, fair to good elsewhere.

Mt Donna Buang: Snow depth: 15cm. Good sightseeing and snow play.
